I met Steve in Jr High. He was a great drummer--I recall that he played a mean "White Rabbit." He was a very smart guy. In history with Mr. Ball, Steve and I would compete to see who could get a higher grade on the dorky tests. We also enjoyed helping the students that Mr. Ball didn't like to get decent grades. We did that on principle. I was very sad to hear of Steve's passing.
I'm extremely saddened to hear about Steve. We were very close, doubledating through out high school. Unfortunately, I lost track of him after we graduated. He was a good friend.
