I remember Diane very well. I don't think she's been to any of our reunions, just not sure. What I do remember is she had a very contagious laugh. She will be missed.
Diane was a good friend from early grade school. Our last names guaranteed we sat next to each other often. She was kind and funny and very good at sports. So glad we met at last big reunion and I got to meet her family. Deepest sympathies. Pam Hall Erickson
Diane and I met up again about 15 years ago, and were friends since then. She came down with MSA about 5 years ago and was very optimistic, friendly, humurous through it all. An amazing person. She was very talented in her career work of computer systems technology, service and repair. A highlight story she has from her younger years was being called out to someones house where the teenager was needing help, out in the garage. She solved the problem, for the teenager known as Bill Gates :-)
I was at her house one time when she got a scam phone call from a supposed representative of Microsoft. The person claimed there was an issue with her computer. Mistake! She lead that person down a long trail of asking questions, like which computer, and if they had access to it, what was the IP address of the particular one, etc etc. She had a lot fun with that call!

When James Taylor came out with the song, You've got a friend I always thought of Diane. I will miss her. Mark Wickstrum

Diane's memorial was 2 hours of tears and laughter. She was so giving, smart, funny and a pistol!
